Requirements:

- Must hold Certificate of Fitness S12 and S13.

- Must have a Clean Driver's License.

- Must have common knowledge of the Rules and Regulation Requirements of the Fire Code and NFPA25.

Must be able to Inspect the Entire Wet Sprinkler System, Dry Sprinkler System, Wet Standpipe, Dry Standpipe, Siamese Connections, Ball Drips, Valves, Piping, Fittings, Sprinkler Heads, Flow Detector Switches, Tamper Switches, Gauges, Signs, Supports, Fire Pump, Jockey Pump, Water motor Gong Alarm, Air Compressor, Dry Valve, Hose Cabinets, Hose Racks, Fire Hose, Hose Outlet Valves, Gravity Tank, and Pressure Tank.

- Must Report any Deficiencies found on the Fire Suppression Systems.

- Must be able to Replace and Install FDNY Approved Signs.

- Must be able to Replace and Install Sprinkler Heads.

- Must be able to Lock the Control Valves in the open position as required by the Fire Code.

- Must be Punctual and Organized.

- Must be self-motivated.

- Must have Common Knowledge of the 5 Boroughs.
